👉 Synthesis of production compared to energy needs of a group of 150 people occupying an area of 10,000m2 (average 66.66m2/p)
= THE SIZING FRAMEWORK OF A #H2Poulp MODULE:
- ⚡️ Electricity: by photovoltaic effect, S=5000m2 = equivalent to 6 months consumption needs lighting and household appliances.
- 💨 H2: The volume content produced meets the heating needs of 100 to 150 people – based on average city gas consumption 200Kh/year/p (hydrogen being e.5x more caloric than city gas (methane),
- 💧 H2O: The membrane absorbs 20m3 of water (60% humidity rate, 23g H2O / gram of polymer absorbed) = need sample people base 120L/D/people=12,000litres. The water collected is of the same quality as distilled water, which avoids the process of potabilisation (necessary with rainwater).
- 💨 O2: Thanks to electrolysis, the model fulfills the needed ventilation rate (15m3/p room).

Estimate energy bill on the basis of a classic production of the control sample ON THE BASIS OF 2021-2022 TARIFFS BEFORE THE GIGANTIC INFLATION ON ENERGY THAT IS COMING!
- Gas heating = 100K€ (9-10€/m2)
- Electricity (lighting and electro.) = 25K€ (1100KWh/year/p+subscription),
- Water = 150/200K€ (base 120/150l/day/p, 1m3 = 3.78€)
TOTAL over 2 years = €390K, over 5 years = €775K, over 10 years = €1,625K
Estimate SALE PRICE of a model at the preliminary project stage taking into account the economies of scale of mass production by an industrial partner:

A #H2Poulp model is estimated according to 3Dimensions of performance:
- On the USER side, the system is amortized in less than 2 years (excluding the cost of STUDIES), over 5 years the savings amount to 775-385 = 390K€, over 10 years 1.24M€
- On the SUPPLIER side, the model sold for 390K€ with a gross margin of 15% (purchase price 339K€), i.e. a gain of 50K€/module, deducting the initial investment (STUDIES=1M€), 1M€/50= 20 => the business becomes profitable from the 21st model sold.
- On a low assumption of 25 modules sold per year (2/month) from the 1st year, the turnover= 10M€ and the gross margin = 1.45M€
- In terms of the environment, the production of heat and electricity contributes 25% of total CO2 emissions.
- Energy and heating contribute directly to 1,700Kg/year/person (source Ministry). 1.7tX150=255 tons on the scale of the connected sample. Over 5 years, 1.275 tonnes of CO2 have been saved for the 🌍
